More drive ins
Does anyone remember the name of the great drive in where Gemco went in later?? Great fries as I recall!

Yes. The drive-in was Kibby's. They had a great grilled ham and cheese sandwich and great milk shakes as well.

Hi Bob,
I think that we also went to Goodwin School together before Sequoia. Possibly in Mrs. Bidwell's 7th grade class or Mrs. Allie's 8th grade class or both.

That might have been Big Mac's it was right across the street from Currie Furniture on El Camino...

Oh man, I had forgotten all about Mrs Bidwell!!! Looking back, I think she was my favorite from Goodwin. I don't remember Mrs Allie? Thanks Shirlie for jogging the old menory banks!!

I had to look it up on our 1956 year book and it was called Johnny Mac's. Kibby's was down by Roosevelt and El Camino. Before it was Kibby's it was Fat Boy. Just just shows that my memory is still in good shape...

I think it was Johhny Mac's. They had a Big Mac before any of us ever heard of McDonalds!
